Selskapet skiftet i 1994 navn til Rønsdal Eiendom AS, samtidig som et nytt selskap ved navn J. Rønsdal AS ble etablert. Jon Rønsdal drev Rønsdal Eiendom AS videre, mens sønnen Olav Rønsdal ledet J.
