Det ble gjennomført en overekspropriasjonstakst over alle disse eiendommene den [[15. august]] [[1870]],&lt;ref&gt;[https://www.digitalarkivet.no/tl20061219100464 SAKO, Eiker, Modum og Sigdal sorenskriveri, G/Ga/Gaa/L0017a: Pantebok nr. I 17a, 1870-1872, s. 77]&lt;/ref&gt; men skyldsetningen ble først gjennomført den [[18. november]] [[1872]], omtrent samtidig som jernbanen ble tatt i bruk.&lt;ref&gt;[https://www.digitalarkivet.no/tl20070105310389 SAKO, Eiker, Modum og Sigdal sorenskriveri, G/Gb/Gbc/L0005: Panteregister nr. III 5, s. 376]&lt;/ref&gt;<br /> <br /> Denne parsellen ble utskilt fra [[Eik store (Øvre Eiker, 43/1)|Store Eiker med Vestjordet og Dorgeløkken]] (matrikkelløpenummer 367 &amp; 368) og fikk dermed løpenummer 367b og 368b (seinere bnr.3). Til sammen utgjør de en strekning på omtrent 570 meter, fra grensen mot nabogården [[Søndre Lunde (Øvre Eiker)|Søndre Lunde]] i nord til [[Flesaker (Øvre Eiker)|Flesaker]] i sør.
