Etter å ha drevet kjøtthandel, slakteri og pølsemakeri flere steder i Fetsund, ble bedriften flyttet til &lt;nowiki&gt;[[Lillestrøm (pekere)|Lillestrøm]]&lt;/nowiki&gt; i 2017.&lt;nowiki&gt;&lt;/onlyinclude&gt;&lt;/nowiki&gt;<br /> <br /> Daniel Rosenberg begynte sin praksis hos kjøtthandler &lt;nowiki&gt;[[Ole Melnæs. Kjøtthandel (Fet)|Ole Melnæs]]&lt;/nowiki&gt; i Fetsund i 1917, og der han var ansatt i 12 år. Han kjøpte da tomta Søndre Skjønneberg gnr/bnr i Gamle Fetvei der han begynte med en liten kjøtthandel og en slaktebu. Lokalene var små, og derfor måtte Rosenberg produsere mange av varene hjemme på kjøkkenet. Pølsemakeriet ble drevet i kjelleren i &lt;nowiki&gt;[[Fetsund meieri]]&lt;/nowiki&gt; fram til slutten av 50-tallet.<br /> <br /> I 1952 kjøpte Rosenberg tomta Brattberg som også lå i Fetsund, og han flyttet butikken dit. Bedriften bygde nytt slakteri som lå i Falldalsveien nr., og den holdt til der til 2006. Dyr til slakting hentet Rosenberg fra gårdene i området fram til slutten av 1980- tallet.<br /> <br /> Rosenberg sørget for at sønnene fikk fagopplæring hos pølsemakere i Oslo.
