Historikk<br />
Størjen skog- og landarbeiderforening i Nord-Odal ble stiftet 19. mai 1928. Det var 16 personer som skrev seg inn som medlemmer på stiftelesmøtet. Harald Ruud ble valgt til foreningens formann. Fra forbundet møtte to representanter, Markus Bergersen og Peder O. Bækken. I 1980 slo Størjen skog- og landarbeiderforening seg sammen med Nordre Sand (avd.283) og Holt (avd. 71). Etter flere sammenslåinger i 1979 og 1980 var alle foreningene i Sand samlet. Den nye avdelingen fikk navnet avdeling 71 Sand.</div>
